We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on our website. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order or, in the case of split deliveries, the last part of your order. When returning products, they must not have been tested or used. We thoroughly inspect all returned items to determine whether they have been used or not.

If you wish to cancel your purchase within the withdrawal period, please fill out this form. We will then send a QR code to your email, which you can use to return the item. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
