We distinguish between constructive criticism, genuine feedback, and hate. Hate and personal attacks, especially from troll accounts and comments unrelated to the product, are not something we accept. We’re human beings behind the company too, and we do not stand for hate. We decide what tone and vibe we want on our social media channels. That’s why some comments may be deleted if they don’t align with the positive and respectful tone we aim for.
