If the perfume is unopened, meaning you haven’t tested it, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal to return the product. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can send the return using any shipping provider. When returning an item, please email us at [email protected] to request a return form, which you should print out, fill in, and include in the return package.
